How it works

1. Activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing Sakashima the Impostor, adding .
2. When Sakashima the Impostor dies, it and Havi trigger.
3. Resolve the Havi trigger, returning Sakashima the Impostor from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Havi.
4. Resolve the Sakashima the Impostor trigger, returning any legendary creature card with mana value 5 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. Repeat.

This recursive loop centers around Havi, the All-Father, whose trigger lets you resurrect a legendary creature of lesser mana value whenever a legendary creature dies. By leveraging Sakashima the Impostor—which enters as a copy of Havi while remaining legendary itself—you trigger Havi's resurrection ability upon death and can perpetually replay the cycle. Sacrificing Sakashima to Thermopod not only fuels the loop by generating red mana, but also keeps the engine running smoothly by feeding creatures directly into your graveyard to be continuously brought back.
