How it works

1. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Sakashima the Impostor.
2. When Sakashima the Impostor dies, it and Havi trigger.
3. Resolve the Havi trigger, returning Sakashima the Impostor from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Havi.
4. Resolve the Sakashima the Impostor trigger, returning any legendary creature card with mana value 5 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. Resolve the Shilgengar ability
6. Repeat.

This intricate loop relies on Shilgengar, Sire of Famine to sacrifice Sakashima the Impostor, which triggers both Havi, the All-Father and the dying copy simultaneously. Because Havi grants a recursion trigger whenever a legendary creature dies, it plucks Sakashima right back from the graveyard, allowing it to re-enter the battlefield as a fresh copy of Havi. Meanwhile, the original Sakashima's own triggered ability resolves to pull another legendary creature with lesser mana value out of the graveyard alongside it. By feeding the resulting creatures back into Shilgengar's sacrifice ability, you generate an endless cascade of Blood tokens and continuous death and entry triggers.
