How it works
- Activate Leyline of Abundance by paying 6, putting four +1/+1 counters on each creature you control due to Kami of Whispered Hopes and Vorinclex.
- Activate Devoted Druid's first ability by tapping it, adding .
- Leyline of Abundance triggers, adding .
- Activate Devoted Druid's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping Devoted Druid.
- Repeat from step 2 three additional times.
- Repeat from step 1.
This fascinating loop transforms Devoted Druid's self-inflicted -1/-1 counters into an engine for infinite growth, cleverly turning a drawback into fuel. While tapping and untapping the Druid normally just generates standard green mana, the presence of Leyline of Abundance supercharges those taps with extra mana to eventually activate its massive counter-buffing ability.
