How it works

1. Activate Kami of Whispered Hopes by tapping it, adding at least 3.
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Kami of Whispered Hopes.
3. Repeat

To pull off this infinite mana loop, Kami of Whispered Hopes first needs to be turned into an artifact creature, a role seamlessly filled by outfitting it with Silverskin Armor. Once it holds that status, Voltaic Construct can target it with its ability to untap it using a portion of the mana generated. Crucially, Kami of Whispered Hopes relies on its own built-in replacement effect: whenever a +1/+1 counter would be placed on it, it gets an extra one instead, allowing its power and tapping mana production to scale up rapidly. By funneling the generated mana back into Voltaic Construct to reset the creature, you loop the process to generate an infinite supply of colored mana.
