How it works

1. Cause Kami of Whispered Hopes to become an artifact using Neurok Transmuter.
2. Activate Kami of Whispered Hopes by tapping it, adding at least 3.
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Kami of Whispered Hopes.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This ingenious loop transforms Kami of Whispered Hopes into an artifact creature through Neurok Transmuter's first ability, allowing it to be targeted by Voltaic Construct. Because Kami of Whispered Hopes inherently taps for mana equal to its own power—and its replacement effect naturally grows its counters and power with every iteration—it quickly generates a surplus of mana. By spending just a fraction of that bounty to untap it with Voltaic Construct, you can repeat the process indefinitely to yield infinite colored mana.
