How it works

1. Activate Kami of Whispered Hopes by tapping it, adding at least 3.
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Kami of Whispered Hopes.
3. Repeat

This loop relies on transforming Kami of Whispered Hopes into an artifact creature via Biotransference, making it a valid target for Voltaic Construct's untap ability. Normally, using Voltaic Construct to untap the Kami would cost two mana and leave you neutral, but Biotransference pairs with Kami of Whispered Hopes's own replacement effect to drastically amplify its tapping output. Because the Kami inherently measures its own mana production through its power, and receives an extra +1/+1 counter whenever counters are placed on it, it quickly taps for more than the two mana required to untap it—generating infinite colored mana and infinite untaps in the process.
