How it works

1. Activate Chromatic Orrery's first activated ability by tapping it, adding CCCCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying C, targeting Chromatic Orrery and Scholar of the Ages, blinking them.
3. When Scholar of the Ages enters the battlefield, return Ghostly Flicker to you hand.
4. Repeat.
5. Once you have infinite mana, you may activate Chromatic Orrery's last ability any number of times.

This clever loop relies on Chromatic Orrery to serve as both our massive mana source and our ultimate outlet, producing five colorless mana when tapped while also letting us spend that mana as any color. Mana Matrix steps in to make our instant and enchantment spells cheaper, reducing Ghostly Flicker's cost so that it only requires a single colorless mana to cast. When we cast Ghostly Flicker to exile and return both Chromatic Orrery and Scholar of the Ages, the Scholar's entry ability triggers and effortlessly returns the Ghostly Flicker right back to our hand. Repeating this loop generates infinite mana and unlimited card draw, while also letting us pull every instant and sorcery from our graveyard back into our hand.
