How it works

1. Cast Burnt Offering by paying and sacrificing Scholar of the Ages, adding seven .
2. Cast Corpse Churn by paying 1, causing you to mill three cards.
3. Cast Necromancy from your graveyard for its escape cost by paying 2 and exiling three cards not used in the combo, returning Scholar of the Ages from your graveyard to the battlefield and attaching Necromancy to it.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns graveyard recursion into an engine by leveraging The Master of Keys, whose static ability grants escape to every enchantment card in your graveyard. You kick things off by sacrificing Scholar of the Ages to Burnt Offering to net a massive influx of mana, then cast Corpse Churn to keep your resources flowing and tuck the Scholar safely back into the yard. From there, Necromancy can be repeatedly escaped directly from your graveyard—fueled by The Master of Keys's ability and the mana from Burnt Offering—to perpetually re-reanimate Scholar of the Ages and harvest its entry trigger to recur your instants and sorceries.
