How it works

  1. Cast Burnt Offering by paying B mana and sacrificing Scholar of the Ages, adding B manaB mana and then five mana in any combination of B mana and/or R mana.
  2. Cast Victimize by paying 2B mana, causing you to sacrifice a creature and return Scholar of the Ages and another creature from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. When Scholar of the Ages enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Burnt Offering and Victimize to your hand from your graveyard.
  4. Repeat.
