How it works

1. Cast Time Walk by paying 1, taking an extra turn after this one.
2. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Progenitor Mimic triggers, creating a token copy of Scholar of the Ages.
3. When the token Scholar of the Ages enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Time Walk from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This elegant vintage combination lets you chain infinite turns by leveraging the relentless cloning power of Progenitor Mimic. As the Mimic generates a fresh token copy of Scholar of the Ages during each of your upkeeps, the Scholar's entering-the-battlefield trigger neatly plucks Time Walk right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. Replaying Time Walk then grants you the extra turn needed to feed the loop anew, ensuring your opponents never take another action.
