How it works

1. Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
2. Cast Displace by paying 2, blinking Scholar of the Ages and Palinchron
3. When Scholar of the Ages and Palinchron enter the battlefield, their abilities trigger.
4. Resolve the Scholar of the Ages trigger, returning Displace from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Resolve the Palinchron trigger, untapping up to seven lands.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns a modest flash of magic into an endless engine of repetition, fueled entirely by the overlapping entry triggers of your creatures. By casting Displace to exile both Scholar of the Ages and Palinchron, you set off a cascading chain of value: the Scholar reaches back into your graveyard to pull the spell right back to your hand, while Palinchron's arrival fresh from exile untaps the very lands you used to pay for it all. Because Displace targets two creatures simultaneously, it effortlessly bridges the gap between mana generation and spell recursion, letting you repeat this cycle as many times as you desire.
