How it works

1. Activate Mogg Fanatic by sacrificing it.
2. When Mogg Fanatic dies, Mortuary and Panicked Bystander // Cackling Culprit trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Mogg Fanatic from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Panicked Bystander // Cackling Culprit trigger, causing you to gain 1 life
5. Resolve the Mogg Fanatic ability.
6. Cast Mogg Fanatic from the top of your library by paying 1 life.
7. Repeat.

This ingenious loop sets up an endless cycle of sacrifice and rebirth by turning your library into a recurring armory. You sacrifice Mogg Fanatic to ping any target, which triggers Mortuary to seamlessly recycle the goblin right back to the top of your library. Meanwhile, Panicked Bystander // Cackling Culprit cushions the life cost required by Bolas's Citadel, letting you recast Mogg Fanatic straight off the top of your library for life instead of mana.
