How it works

1. Activate Mogg Fanatic by sacrificing it.
2. When Mogg Fanatic dies, Mortuary and Al Bhed Salvagers trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Mogg Fanatic from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Al Bhed Salvagers trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life.
5. Resolve the Mogg Fanatic ability.
6. Cast Mogg Fanatic from the top of your library by paying 1 life.
7. Repeat.

This devious loop turns a humble goblin into a lethal recurring engine by exploiting life payment as an alternative to mana. When you sacrifice Mogg Fanatic to ping any target, Mortuary immediately catches the falling creature and tucks it back onto the top of your library. Meanwhile, Al Bhed Salvagers acts as your win condition, draining the opponent's life total with every single trip to the graveyard. Gwenom, Remorseless ties the whole operation together by granting you permission to cast spells directly from the top of your library and paying life instead of mana, allowing you to redeploy Mogg Fanatic over and over again until your opponents are entirely whittled away.
