How it works

1. Activate creatures you control by tapping those, adding 3.
2. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of Roar of the Kha without paying its mana cost, untapping all creatures.
3. Repeat

This brilliant loop transforms your artifact setup into an infinite mana engine by leveraging the passive muscle of Tezzeret's Touch, which animates your Isochron Scepter into a 5/5 creature so it can participate in tapping for mana. With the Scepter equipped with Roar of the Kha under its imprint, you simply spend a portion of that generated mana to activate the Scepter's ability, casting the entwined instant to buff and untap all your creatures—including the animated Scepter itself. The untap step clears the Scepter and your mana producers to repeat the cycle endlessly, yielding infinite mana from any creature sources and a towering storm count.
