How it works

  1. Activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least 3.
  2. Activate The Blackstaff of Waterdeep by paying 1U mana and tapping it, causing Isochron Scepter to become a 4/4 artifact creature.
  3. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of Roar of the Kha without paying its mana cost.
  4. Resolve Roar of the Kha, untapping all creatures you control.
  5. Activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least 3.
  6. Repeat from step 3.
