How it works

1. Activate Amoeboid Changeling by tapping it, causing Magmaw to gain all creature types until end of turn.
2. Activate Magmaw by paying 1 and sacrificing another nonland permanent, dealing 1 damage to an opponent.
3. Malcolm triggers, creating two Treasure tokens.
4. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This intricate loop turns Amoeboid Changeling's ability to manipulate creature types into a lethal weapon, utilizing its tap ability to permanently confer every creature type—specifically making it a Pirate—onto Magmaw for the turn. Once Magmaw is wearing the Pirate hat, sacrificing a permanent to activate its damage ability causes Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator to trigger whenever that damage hits an opponent. Thanks to Mondrak, Glory Dominus doubling the token output, each sacrifice yields two Treasure tokens instead of one, providing the mana needed to sustain Magmaw's activation cost and loop the process for infinite damage.
