How it works

1. Activate the creature by tapping it, dealing damage to an opponent's creature.
2. The opponent's creature dies due to deathtouch, triggering the second ability granted by Thornbite Staff, untapping your creature.
3. Repeat until all opponents' creatures die.
4. Repeat each time a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.

This lethal setup transforms any creature into a one-man firing squad by combining Vorpal Sword's passive deathtouch grant with the ranged damage-dealing abilities of Arcane Teachings and Thornbite Staff. Once you tap the enchanted creature to snipe an opponent's creature, deathtouch ensures it perishes instantly, which immediately triggers the Staff's untap ability to let you repeat the slaughter. The result is a total board-clearing lock that continuously mows down opposing creatures the moment they enter the battlefield, keeping your opponents completely devoid of creatures.
