How it works

1. Activate Overgrown Battlement by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Cast Wirewood Symbiote by paying .
3. Activate Mirror Entity by paying 1, giving creatures you control all creature types and base power and toughness 1/1 until end of turn.
4. Activate Wirewood Symbiote by returning it from the battlefield to your hand, untapping Overgrown Battlement.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on the identity-shifting magic of Mirror Entity to turn every creature on your battlefield into an Elf, making them all valid targets to fuel Wirewood Symbiote's untap ability. Once the Symbiote bounces itself back to your hand to untap Overgrown Battlement, you can recast it using the green mana generated by the Battlement's massive defender-scaling tap ability. Because Mirror Entity also grants every creature type to everything you control, Overgrown Battlement conveniently counts itself among the flock, compounding your green mana output with each iteration to easily sustain the loop and grow your forces infinitely.
