How it works

1. Activate Overgrown Battlement by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Overgrown Battlement.
3. Repeat

This clever two-card loop relies on turning your mana producer into an artifact creature so it can untap itself infinitely. By using Transmogrifying Licid's ability to attach itself to Overgrown Battlement, you transform the Battlement into an artifact in addition to its other types. Once it's an artifact creature, you can tap Overgrown Battlement for a surplus of green mana thanks to its defender-scaling mana ability, and then channel that mana right back into Voltaic Construct to untap it.
