How it works

1. Activate Spawning Pit's second ability by paying 1 and removing two charge counters from it, creating two creature tokens
2. Activate the tokens by tapping them, adding .
3. Activate Spawning Pit's first ability twice by sacrificing the tokens, putting two charge counters on Spawning Pit.
4. Repeat.

This loop turns Spawning Pit into a self-sustaining mana and trigger engine by leveraging the token-multiplying presence of Adrix and Nev, Twincasters. Because Jaheira, Friend of the Forest grants every token you control the ability to tap for green mana, the doubled Spawning tokens easily pay for the Pit's activation costs while generating infinite sacrifices and leaves-the-battlefield triggers. Meanwhile, Yarus, Roar of the Old Gods sits comfortably on the board, ready to handily exploit all those resulting creature deaths and enters-the-battlefield events with its haste-granting and damage-tracking prowess.
