How it works

  1. Activate Slimefoot by paying 4, creating two 1/1 Saproling creature tokens.
  2. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Saprolings, adding CCCC.
  3. The Saproling dies, triggering Slimefoot twice, dealing 2 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain two life.
