How it works

1. Cast Romana II either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 3 plus commander tax, if applicable.
2. The Sixth Doctor triggers, creating a token copy of Romana II that isn't legendary.
3. During another turn, cast Adrix and Nev by paying 2.
4. The Sixth Doctor triggers, creating a token copy of Adrix and Nev that isn't legendary.
5. Resolve the Adrix and Nev spell.
6. Activate a Romana II by paying 1 and tapping it, creating four token copies of the Adrix and Nev token that aren't legendary.
7. Activate the other Romana II by paying 1 and tapping it, creating 64 token copies of the Adrix and Nev token that aren't legendary.
8. Whenever you create a token from this point on, you will create 2^70 times as many of those tokens due to the 70 Adrix and Nev's you control.
