How it works

1. Activate Witch's Oven by tapping it and sacrificing Cauldron Familiar.
2. When Cauldron Familiar dies, Dross Scorpion triggers, untapping Witch's Oven.
3. Resolve the Witch's Oven ability, creating a Food token.
4. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a tapped Food, returning Cauldron Familiar from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. When Cauldron Familiar enters, it triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
6. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a modest cat-and-oven snack into a massive engine of destruction. Witch's Oven sacrifices Cauldron Familiar, which conveniently counts as an artifact creature thanks to Ygra, Eater of All's continuous transformation of all other creatures into Food artifacts. That death immediately triggers Dross Scorpion, standing guard to untap Witch's Oven so the cycle can repeat indefinitely, while Ygra happily grows to cosmic proportions by placing two +1/+1 counters on itself every time a Food goes to the graveyard. Finally, Cauldron Familiar's own recursive ability uses the newly created Food to slip right back onto the battlefield, draining your opponents' life totals away one snack at a time.
