How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar.
2. When Cauldron Familiar dies, Eloise's first ability triggers, creating a Clue, Food and Treasure token.
3. Resolve the Phantom Train ability
4. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food.
5. Eloise's second ability triggers, causing you to surveil 1.
6. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. When Cauldron Familiar enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
8. Repeat.

This recursive loop relies on Phantom Train acting as a perpetual sacrifice outlet that feeds our graveyard engine. Each time you feed Cauldron Familiar to the Train, Academy Manufactor turns Eloise, Nephalia Sleuth's single Clue creation into a full trio of Clue, Food, and Treasure tokens. That generated Food is then immediately used to bring Cauldron Familiar right back to the battlefield, draining your opponents and gaining you life in the process. Finally, Eloise's second ability triggers off sacrificing the Food to smooth out your draws with continuous surveil, fueling an endless cycle of artifact and death triggers.
