How it works

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar, adding CC
  2. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food, returning Cauldron Familiar to the battlefield from your graveyard.
  3. Cauldron Familiar and Teval trigger.
  4. Resolve the Teval trigger, creating a creature token and a Food token.
  5. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
