How it works
Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food.
Ygra triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on it.
Resolve the Cauldron Familiar ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Cauldron Familiar and Teval trigger.
Resolve the Teval trigger, creating a creature token.
Resolve the Cauldron Familiar trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
Activate Sarcatog by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar.
When Cauldron Familiar dies, Ygra triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on it.
Resolve the Sarcatog ability.
Repeat.
This vicious loop turns the humble cat into an infinite engine of life and death, anchored entirely by the bizarre rules transformation of Ygra, Eater of All. Because Ygra turns every creature into a Food artifact, Cauldron Familiar can sacrifice itself to its own recursion ability, and Sarcatog can casually consume that same cat as an artifact whenever you need it to hit the graveyard. Every time the cat dies and returns, Teval, the Balanced Scale rewards the card leaving your graveyard by spawning a 2/2 Zombie Druid token, while Ygra piles massive +1/+1 counters onto itself for every Food hitting the bin.
