How it works

1. Cast Cauldron Familiar by paying .
2. When Cauldron Familiar enters the battlefield, it triggers.
3. Holding priority, cast Worldfire by paying 6, exiling all permanents, all cards in all hands and graveyards, and setting each player's life total to one.
4. Resolve the Voldran Epicure trigger from step 2, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
5. Each opponent loses the game due to having 0 or less life.

This cunning sequence uses Leyline of Anticipation's static ability to let you cast sorceries at instant speed, setting up a devastating timing trick. By casting Worldfire while a Cauldron Familiar enters the battlefield and its life-drain trigger is still waiting on the stack, you wipe away all permanents, hands, and graveyards—including the cat itself—while preserving the pending trigger in limbo. Once Worldfire resolves and reduces everyone to 1 life, the floating trigger finally resolves, draining the final point of life from your opponents before they can rebuild.
