How it works

1. Activate Yahenni by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar.
2. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food, returning Cauldron Familiar to the battlefield from your graveyard.
3. Cauldron Familiar and On Wings of Gold trigger.
4. Resolve the On Wings of Gold trigger, creating a token and a Food token.
5. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
6. Repeat

This cunning engine turns a simple cat-and-oven loop into a self-sustaining web of life and death, supercharged by the permanent enhancements of your board. By feeding Cauldron Familiar to Yahenni, Undying Partisan's sacrifice ability, you send the cat to the graveyard while growing Yahenni with a +1/+1 counter. That movement of a card out of your graveyard triggers On Wings of Gold, which not only gives your token and Zombie creatures a helpful power boost and evasion, but also spawns a fresh 1/1 white Zombie creature token alongside an extra Food token courtesy of Peregrin Took's replacement effect. You can then use that very same Food to pay the cost to return Cauldron Familiar from your graveyard to the battlefield, immediately draining your opponents of life while fueling further loops, card draw, and infinite triggers.
