This loop turns your graveyard into an engine of continuous life drain by exploiting Ygra, Eater of All, which transforms every creature on the battlefield into a Food artifact. With Ygra's presence, Cauldron Familiar can sacrifice itself or any other creature to fuel its own return from the graveyard, while also growing Ygra with massive piles of +1/+1 counters. Meanwhile, Insidious Roots watches those creature cards leave your graveyard to flood the board with Plant tokens that can tap for mana, and Umbral Collar Zealot provides the clean sacrifice outlet to send the cat right back to the graveyard.
