How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Crimson Kobolds
2. When Crimson Kobolds dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Crimson Kobolds from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
4. Cast Crimson Kobolds from the top of your library by paying 0 life.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms free sacrifice into a self-sustaining engine by exploiting the zero mana value of Crimson Kobolds. You use Bartolomé del Presidio to sacrifice the Kobolds, growing the vampire while sending the creature to the graveyard; there, Mortuary instantly catches it and places it right back on top of your library. From that vantage point, Bolas's Citadel allows you to replay the Kobolds directly for zero life, resetting the entire sequence and fueling an endless storm count and death triggers.
