How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Crimson Kobolds.
2. When Crimson Kobolds dies, Mortuary and Remembrance trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Crimson Kobolds from your graveyard on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Remembrance trigger, searching your library for Crimson Kobolds and putting it into your hand.
5. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. Cast Crimson Kobolds by paying 0.
7. Repeat.

This delightful loop turns the zero-mana cost of Crimson Kobolds into a self-sustaining engine of growth and discovery. When you feed the Kobolds to Bartolomé del Presidio, Mortuary immediately intercepts the creature as it hits the graveyard to place it neatly back on top of your library. Simultaneously, Remembrance capitalizes on that same death trigger to tutor another copy straight into your hand, circumventing the top-of-library placement so you can immediately recast the Kobolds for free. As this cycle repeats, Bartolomé del Presidio grows infinitely large while farming an endless stream of sacrifice, enter-the-battlefield, and death triggers.
