How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Crimson Kobolds
2. When Crimson Kobolds dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Crimson Kobolds from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Cast Crimson Kobolds from the top of your library by paying 0 life.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on the zero-mana cost of Crimson Kobolds to bypass traditional resource constraints entirely. You feed the Kobolds to Phyrexian Altar for colored mana, which triggers Mortuary to seamlessly recycle the creature right back to the top of your library. From there, Gwenom, Remorseless steps in as the enabler, allowing you to cast the Kobolds straight off the library by paying life instead of mana—a negligible cost of zero since the Kobolds have no mana value. The result is an infinite engine that generates boundless mana, death triggers, and storm count all at once.
