How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Crimson Kobolds.
2. Cast Crimson Kobolds from your graveyard by paying 0. It will not enter with a finality counter on it due to Solemnity.
3. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms free sacrifice into a devastating engine by leveraging the zero-mana cost of Crimson Kobolds to fuel Goblin Bombardment's damage output over and over again. Normally, Leonardo, Sewer Samurai would restrict your graveyard-cast creatures by slapping a finality counter on them to exile them upon death, which would stop the recursion cold. However, Solemnity acts as the linchpin of the whole operation, completely shutting down counters so that the Kobolds can return to the graveyard endlessly, creating an infinite storm count and endless damage.
