How it works

1. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Crimson Kobolds.
2. When Crimson Kobolds dies, Mortuary and Remembrance trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Crimson Kobolds from your graveyard on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Remembrance trigger, searching your library for Crimson Kobolds and putting it into your hand.
5. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability.
6. Cast Crimson Kobolds by paying 0.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the free-casting ability of Crimson Kobolds into an engine for infinite deaths, leaves-the-battlefield, and enter-the-battlefield triggers. By using Umbral Collar Zealot to sacrifice the Kobolds, you trigger both Mortuary and Remembrance simultaneously; Mortuary places the Kobolds back onto the top of your library just in time for Remembrance to find another copy and pull it straight to your hand. Since Crimson Kobolds costs zero mana to cast, you can replay it immediately and repeat the process endlessly to rack up infinite storm count and infinite surveil triggers.
