How it works

1. Cast Shivan Meteor by paying 3, dealing 13 damage to Tangled Colony.
2. Tangled Colony dies as a state-based action due to having less than 0 toughness.
3. Tangled Colony triggers, creating thirteen 1/1 Rat creature tokens.
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar eleven times by sacrificing eleven Rats, adding 6.
5. Activate Eternal Witness by paying 1, blinking it.
6. When Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
7. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Eternal Witness.
8. Resolve the Eternal Witness trigger, returning Tangled Colony to your hand from your graveyard.
9. Repeat from step 5 one additional time, returning Shivan Meteor to your hand using Eternal Witness instead.
10. Cast Tangled Colony by paying 1.
11. Repeat.
