How it works

1. Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying due to Hinata, blinking Eternal Witness and the permanent tapped for mana in step 1.
3. When Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns Ghostly Flicker into a self-sustaining engine by letting Hinata, Dawn-Crowned discount its mana cost down to just a single blue mana when it targets two things you control. By using that discount to blink both Eternal Witness and whatever artifact or land is tapping for your mana, you ensure that every iteration replaces its own cost. Once Eternal Witness touches the battlefield, its triggered ability conveniently plucks Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard, letting you repeat the whole cycle endlessly.
