How it works

1. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Cast Eternal Witness by paying its mana cost.
3. When Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Move to your next turn.
5. Activate Dour Port-Mage by paying 1 and tapping it, returning Eternal Witness from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Dour Port-Mage triggers, causing you to draw a card.
7. Repeat.

This elegant loop locks down the game by turning your extra turns into a perpetual motion machine, anchored by Temporal Manipulation to continually grant you extra turns after the current one. Each time you replay the game, Eternal Witness steps in to retrieve Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard the moment it enters the battlefield. To reset the loop, Dour Port-Mage uses its tap ability to bounce Eternal Witness back to your hand while simultaneously triggering its own passive card-draw ability to keep your hand fully stocked.
