How it works

1. Cast the creature with MV>=4 for its blitz cost by paying 0.
2. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing the creature.
3. When the creature dies, it and Mortuary trigger.
4. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting it from your graveyard on top of your library.
5. Resolve the creature's trigger, causing you to draw it from the top of your library.
6. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
7. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns Henzie "Toolbox" Torre into an engine for infinite card draw and sacrifice triggers by leveraging the alternative blitz cost of your creatures with mana value 4 or greater. Once that creature is on the battlefield, you use Bartolomé del Presidio to immediately sacrifice it, which triggers Mortuary to place the creature card right back on top of your library instead of letting it rot in the graveyard. Because Henzie gives the creature blitz, its death also triggers a card draw, letting you immediately redraw the exact same creature you just tucked away and repeat the process endlessly.
