How it works

  1. Cast the creature with MV>=4 for its blitz cost by paying 0.
  2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the creature.
  3. When the creature dies, it and Mortuary trigger.
  4. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting it from your graveyard on top of your library.
  5. Resolve the creature's trigger, causing you to draw it from the top of your library.
  6. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
  7. Repeat.
