How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Chromatic Orrery by tapping them, adding CCCCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Chromatic Orrery.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop relies on Chromatic Orrery to generate massive amounts of colorless mana and filter it into whatever colors you need, while also allowing you to tap Mystic Sanctuary for blue mana. By casting Ghostly Flicker to exile and return both lands and artifacts, you repeatedly trigger Mystic Sanctuary's landfall-style ability to place the flicker spell right back on top of your library. Precognition Field then ties the engine together, letting you seamlessly recast Ghostly Flicker straight from the top of your library to repeat the process indefinitely.
