How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Mana Vault by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Mana Vault.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop relies on Mystic Sanctuary entering the battlefield untapped through Ghostly Flicker's exile-and-return effect, allowing its triggered ability to place Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library. From there, Precognition Field lets you cast that exact same Ghostly Flicker directly from the top of your library using the surplus blue and colorless mana generated by tapping Mana Vault alongside the Sanctuary. Because Mana Vault untaps fresh every time it is blinked back in as a new permanent, it continually fuels the entire sequence while generating infinite resources for your spells.
