How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sisay's Ring.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This delightful engine spins into motion thanks to Sisay's Ring generating the exact colorless mana needed to offset Ghostly Flicker's casting cost, while Mystic Sanctuary acts as the recycling center that keeps the loop alive.
