How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping them, adding 3
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This engine is a masterclass in recursive value, turning a simple flicker into a self-sustaining mana and spell loop. With Precognition Field granting you the ability to cast instant and sorceries directly from the top of your library, you are poised to replay your setup endlessly. You cast Ghostly Flicker to target both Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory, sending them into exile and immediately returning them to the battlefield fresh. When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability swoops in to place Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library, perfectly positioned for Precognition Field to cast it again. Meanwhile, Sceptre of Eternal Glory provides the heavy lifting by tapping for three mana of any one color (assuming you control three lands with the same name), easily funding the spell's cost while leaving you with a net gain of infinite colored mana, storm count, and landfall triggers.
