How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sol Ring by tapping them, adding 2.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sol Ring.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop relies on Mystic Sanctuary entering the battlefield untapped through Ghostly Flicker's ability to repeatedly recur the very same Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard back to the top of your library. Meanwhile, Sol Ring provides the necessary mana to fund each iteration of the flicker, and Precognition Field allows you to cast Ghostly Flicker straight from the top of your library without needing to draw it back to your hand.
