How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Relic of Sauron by tapping them, adding 2.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Relic of Sauron.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop lets you recast Ghostly Flicker indefinitely by leveraging the mana from Relic of Sauron and the recursive power of Mystic Sanctuary. Because Ghostly Flicker blinks both of these permanents, Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped and triggers to place the instant right back on top of your library. From there, Precognition Field allows you to play that very same Ghostly Flicker straight from the top of your library to repeat the cycle, building an endless chain of landfall, magecraft, and storm triggers.
