How it works

1. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of Twiddle.
2. Thousand-Year Storm triggers, copying Twiddle for each other instant or sorcery you've cast before it this turn.
3. Resolve a copy of Twiddle, untapping Isochron Scepter.
4. If there is a remaining copy of Twiddle on the stack, resolve it, untapping a mana-producing land.
5. Activate that land by tapping it, adding 1.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until there are no more copies of Twiddle.
7. Repeat from step 1.

This cunning loop turns a modest imprint into a torrential engine, centered around Isochron Scepter holding an exiled copy of Twiddle ready to be cast on demand for just two mana. By activating the Scepter repeatedly, Thousand-Year Storm watches your spell count grow and rewards you with an ever-multiplying cascade of copies, each one triggering the storm enchantment further. As those Twiddle copies resolve, you can alternate between untapping Isochron Scepter to keep the chain going and untapping your mana-producing lands to generate infinite mana.
