How it works

1. Activate Emry by tapping it, targeting Delif's Cone.
2. Cast Delif's Cone from your graveyard by paying 0.
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Bounding Krasis.
4. When Bounding Krasis enters, it triggers, untapping Emry.
5. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
6. Repeat.

This loop relies on Emry, Lurker of the Loch pulling cheap artifacts like Delif's Cone right out of your graveyard to feed your spellcasting. Every time you cast that artifact, Displacer Kitten's avoidance ability triggers and blinks Bounding Krasis, resetting the Krasis so its entrance trigger can untap Emry. Because Delif's Cone is a zero-mana artifact, you can easily loop its casting, sacrificing, and blinking to generate an endless storm count alongside infinite artifact and creature enters-the-battlefield triggers.
