How it works

1. Activate Emry by tapping it, targeting Delif's Cone.
2. Cast Delif's Cone from your graveyard by paying 0.
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Sky Hussar.
4. When Sky Hussar enters, it triggers, untapping all creatures you control.
5. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
6. Repeat.

This loop transforms the humble, self-sacrificing artifact Delif's Cone into an engine of continuous rebirth by leveraging Emry, Lurker of the Loch to pluck it straight from the graveyard over and over again for free. Every time you cast that artifact, Displacer Kitten steps in with its blink ability to exile and return Sky Hussar to the battlefield. The entering Sky Hussar then untaps all creatures you control, importantly freeing up Emry, Lurker of the Loch so you can tap her to repeat the cycle and generate an endless storm of artifact and creature triggers.
