How it works

1. Activate Emry by tapping it, allowing you to cast Delif's Cone from your graveyard.
2. Cast Delif's Cone by paying 0.
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Emry.
4. When Emry enters, it triggers, causing you to mill four cards.
5. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
6. Repeat.

This delightful loop uses Emry, Lurker of the Loch to repeatedly pull Delif's Cone out of your graveyard, letting you cast the free artifact over and over. Each time you cast that noncreature spell, Displacer Kitten triggers to blink Emry, resetting its tap ability and triggering a fresh mill of four cards upon re-entry. Meanwhile, Garna, the Bloodflame stands ready in the wings with flash and haste, allowing you to cycle through your entire deck while generating infinite artifact sacrifices and entry triggers.
