How it works

1. Activate Emry by tapping it, allowing you to cast Delif's Cone from your graveyard.
2. Cast Delif's Cone by paying 0.
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Emry.
4. When Emry enters, it triggers, causing you to mill four cards.
5. Activate Delif's Cone by tapping and sacrificing it.
6. Repeat.

This engine relies on Emry, Lurker of the Loch pulling Delif's Cone straight from your graveyard with her tap ability, letting you recast the 0-mana artifact over and over. Every time you cast that noncreature spell, Displacer Kitten triggers to blink Emry, resetting her tap ability and churning through your deck by triggering her mill effect on each re-entry. Meanwhile, Dynaheir, Invoker Adept grants haste to Emry so she can tap immediately upon returning to the battlefield, ensuring the loop keeps spinning.
